Day 4 : 40th JABA National Championship at Kyocera Dome Osaka






Right-hander Morikawa brought the win for JFE West Japan (Hiroshima) by narrowing defeating Saunomiya Seisakusho (Tokyo), Nippon Express (Saitama) crushed Vitalnet (Niigata) by 16 hits of all the startin g lineup and left-handed pitcher Hasegawa of Yamaha (Shizuoka) shut out the two-time champion Toshiba (Kanagawa) allowing only 3 hits. The 3 winners will advance to the third round.
