Japan Beat Taiwan 9-2 in Charity Baseball Game on March 10 in Tokyo
CPBL donate Baseball Equipment to Junior Teams

35,500 fans at Tokyo Dome watched Samurai Japan beat Taiwan 9-2 on October 10 in a charity baseball game at Tokyo Dome on the eve of the one-year anniversary of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
During the practice session on the day before, Taiwan’s Star Pitcher, Lin Ying-Chieh of Sinon Bulls who played with Tohoku Rakuten Eagles of Japan and  Kao Kuo-ching of Uni-President Lions donated bats and gloves from China Professional Baseball League (CPBL) to those Junior Baseball teams which were impacted by the March earthquake and tsunami, represented by Toyomi Munakata, Executive Director of Japan Rubber Baseball Association.
